Labor & Overtime
Per MGL c. 149 § 100 r : No person shall be required to work for more than six hours during a calendar day without an interval of at least thirty minutes for a meal. Any employer, superintendent, overseer or agent who violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than three hundred nor more than six hundred dollars.
Labor started prior to 6:00 AM will be charged double time. Labor after 10 hours will be charged time and a half. Labor after 12 hours will be charged double time.
Technicians may be requested for longer times than quote subject to availability and overtime rates.
Final invoice will reflect actual hours worked (5 hour minimum / 10 hour minimum after 5 hours).
Final hours to be confirmed by on-site lead within 24 hours. If not confirmed, invoice will be submitted per technician’s hours.
